Ventra Aviary System

A complete, modular system for litter, free-range and organic husbandry. The basis of the design is a two-level layout with a central nest module, which ensures high production efficiency, easy operation and consistent performance over the long term.

Structural advantage

  • Steel S350+ZM310 instead of standard DX51+Z275 — higher load capacity and corrosion resistance
  • Aviary legs in stainless steel with increased thickness — stability over years of operation
  • Increased wall thickness at key load points
  • Manure belts tensioned full length — reducing belt snapping and breakage
  • Rubber rollers improving operational smoothness and system longevity

We design for the investment

We tailor the configuration to the specific facility: a new farm, a cage-to-aviary conversion or an adaptation of an existing building after an on-site survey. Every installation is preceded by a technological design.

  • New stationary farms
  • Conversion of cage systems to aviary layouts
  • Adaptation of existing buildings after technical analysis
  • Multi-line installations for large flocks
  • Integration with Quramo / Progress Engineering chicken houses

Modular documentation

System module range

Key Ventra modules with photographic documentation. Each module configured for the specific building and target flock.

Nests and egg quality

The Ventra spacious nest module meets legal requirements for dimensions, increases hygiene and reduces floor eggs. The belt is very stable and tensioned — no possibility of breakage — additionally 508 mm width instead of 408 mm as with most competitors prevents eggs from knocking together.

Uniform feeding and watering

4 feed lines and 4 drinking lines per aviary run allow maintaining equal access of birds to feed and water on both levels.

Safe manure removal

Full-length belt tension, rubber rollers and refined guidance mechanics significantly improve daily operational reliability.

What the investor receives

  • Technological design and configuration selection for the building
  • Complete aviary system equipment
  • Turnkey installation by experienced team
  • System commissioning and preparation for production
