Implementations and projects
Below we present example implementations and deployment concepts for the VENTRA system — from compact mobile facilities to large industrial installations for tens of thousands of layers.
Implementation for approx. 10,000 layers. The system was designed as a clear layout of two parallel lines with a comfortable service corridor, access to aviary levels and efficient egg and manure collection.
Concept for a large installation for approx. 36,000 layers. Three long technological runs with modular division facilitating daily flock monitoring and technical servicing.
Compact implementation for approx. 4,000 layers in a Quramo mobile chicken house. Shorter lines maintain the full functionality of the Ventra system in limited space and with the mobile character of the facility.
